final individual cultural diversity course reflection

I am going to talk about my favorite lesions I cultural diversity .

first I am going to about racism because its bad fore nations it dived people and make a lot of hatred
between people also racism killed a lot of people in slavery time for example the framers in brazil.

second discrimination agents' the other sex like in K.S.A the woman's cant drive cares but in the rest of the world she can drive .

I enjoyed filming the first project about our cultural in the U.A.E village I liked talking to new people
and shirring thoughts and ideas .

I think UAE should have  harmony day because U.A.E became the new world center so people came her to have a biter life but there is problem because they came from different cultural so we
have a harmony day to let people now about etch other cultural so we can now etch other  and live together in harmony and peace.

in conclusion I enjoyed the cultural diversity very much its gave me anew view to life.

exercise 10B

UAE started to ensure the workers equality and justice as the international standards of human rights as we can see the latest policy about providing the workers two hours break in the peak of sun light and heat. The UAE was the first Arab country in the region to establish anti trafficking law and made a hard effort to get rid of this issue as this been a global issue and many countries are fighting it, which can lead the UAE and approach it to the right direction of development and growth

exercise 10A

In many parts of the world, we can still see slaves but in a modern way that our generation would not notice that there are slaves still exist. A real example of that is the workers, who migrate from there country to survive and got a better life rather than being poor. The simple things that we use daily is being made for us and delivered as desired, while many slaves survived to do them and to make sure that we will feel great to get them as the way we want

Exercise #8b:

In my own cultural dimensions and since we have a lot of citizens here in UAE we all have High Context, and we still could communicate with other and sharing stuff.

The second cultural dimension is that we are collectivism. The third one is that we are a low power distance, where we can give and get from our leaders. Furthermore, Emirati citizens are all equal to each other such as employees, managers, and leaders. In UAE, there is high uncertainty avoidance, while compared to Jamaica and Singapore which are the two lowest countries in uncertainty avoidance.

In concision, In UAE we always work in social orientation like our grandfathers did, which made their live moreeasy and better, and we are also following the same method by being around each other and working with each other.

Emirates Heritage

In this reflection I learned many things such as: camel racing and boat racing.
the UAE is home to a rich cultural heritage that has been highly influenced by its desert which the UAE people were living and surviving in one of the harshest climates on our world.

CAMEL RACING:
Reflecting the traditions of the deserts, the roles of the camels have been given a lot of attention. UAE people use it to carry the people over the sands, providing milk, meat and leather.
During the camels races held in several locations throughout the country, when camels owners from the UAE and the rest of GCC countries pit their fastest steed’s one against the other. In any camels races always attract more than 300 hundreds of camels to contest for prizes that total more than one million Dirhams. The top steeds can each fetch well over a million dollars.
BOAT RACING:

Another tradition that has taken on new life in the years since the UAE was established in 1971 is that of boat racing, now given huge encouragement by the UAE government in the form of value prizes.
